As part of a recent change, we introduced stricter access constraints for travel agents viewing live chat conversations. The change worked as intended for the primary live chat flow, but it did not account for conversations initiated via the dashboard. This caused those conversations to fall outside the allowed access path, preventing travel agents from viewing them.
