What is the purpose of this downtime? This work is part of routine maintenance done by our infrastructure provider to the service powering our main datastore. It is worth noting that while the maintenance window is set for 1 hour, this type of work consists of a restart of the system which usually takes no longer than a few minutes.
When will this happen? Our main database instance is scheduled to undergo routine, automated maintenance on March 13, 2021 at 08:00:00 UTC.
How will this affect me? During this period the Duffel API and Dashboard services will experience interruptions, meaning that you won't be able to issue searches or book flights. There will be no action required from you before, during or after the maintenance.

Identified -
We've identified an issue in our API documentation that is causing preview tags to not display correctly and a fix is being implemented.
Preview tags are used to identify the components of our API that are not available yet. Until this issue is fixed these components (pay later, order changes and offer/order conditions) will incorrectly appear as available.
