The Duffel API (https://api.duffel.com/) and Dashboard (https://app.duffel.com/) may experience disruptions on Saturday, September 5th for approximately 1 hour.
What is the purpose of this downtime? This work is part of routine maintenance done by our infrastructure provider to the service powering our main datastore. It is worth noting that while the maintenance window is set for 1 hour, this type of work consists of a restart of the system which usually takes no longer than a few minutes.
When will this happen? Our main database instance is scheduled to undergo routine, automated maintenance on December 12, 2020 at 08:00:00 UTC.
How will this affect me? During this period the Duffel API and Dashboard services will experience interruptions, meaning that you won't be able to issue searches or book flights. There will be no action required from you before, during or after the maintenance.
