The Duffel API (https://api.duffel.com/) and Dashboard (https://app.duffel.com/) will be unavailable on Saturday, 26th March 2022 for approximately 4 hours.
At Duffel, we work hard to make sure our API is always available and we strive for minimal disruptions to travel sellers and travellers. Unfortunately, downtime is unavoidable in this case to help us meet the needs of our growing platform.
We don’t have any more planned maintenance windows in the near future.
What is the purpose of this downtime? The Duffel infrastructure team will be performing a major version upgrade to our main data store.
When will this happen? This work will take place on Saturday, 26th March 2022 between 8:00am and 12:00pm UTC.
How will this affect me? During this period the Duffel API and Dashboard services will experience interruptions. This means that you won't be able to issue searches or book flights. There will be no action required from you before, during, or after the maintenance window.
While we are planning a maintenance window of 4 hours, we believe that the interruptions will last roughly 2 hours. We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause.
