We have identified that this scenario is isolated to the Duffel Dashboard — when Offer Retrieve with Services, and Seat Maps endpoints are called at the same time. A fix has been deployed and confirmed working and we are monitoring.
We have disabled seat maps for our Hawaiian Airlines integration due to an issue where selected paid seat services are not being added to orders.
Our team have identified the root cause and shall provide an update when seat maps have been re-enabled.
